PREFACE
M ost tracking apps are functionally identical. They force you into rigid, gamified forms that reinforce a permanent identity. But there is no fixed self—only a stream of experience (Anitya).
Buddhism teaches us to dissolve the ego, to see that there is no permanent self. But it is nearly impossible to dissolve the ego when there is an audience. Even the possibility of a server forces you to perform.
Quanitya is a private, type-safe container that lets you build your own tracking templates.
This logbook is proof of that flux (Anitya). Observe the data arising and passing away, free from surveillance.
